One of Broadway’s favorite real life married couples, Mario Cantone and Jerry Dixon bring their new show to Feinstein’s at the Nikko. How long has this been going on? promises to be a delicious evening of stories, songs and, of course, laughs. After all, the last time the duo worked together, they created Laugh Whore, Cantone’s wickedly entertaining and Tony Award nominated one man show turned Showtime special.

Cantone has appeared on Broadway as “Samuel Byck” in the Tony Award winning musical Assassins by Stephen Sondheim, Buzz in Terrence McNally’s award winning dramatic comedy Love! Valour! Compassion! He also played “Stephano” in Shakespeare’s The Tempest at the Public Theatre. On television Cantone can currently be seen as “Anthony,” Charlotte’s wedding planner with attitude, now that “Sex and the City” is in syndication as well as a movie franchise.

Jerry Dixon has appeared on and off Broadway starring in the original casts of Once on This Island (Daniel), Five Guys Named Moe (Nomax), Bright Lights Big City (Tad), tick, tick…Boom (Michael) and If/Then (Stephen). Most recently he appeared as Brian, opposite his husband, in the original off-Broadway play Steve. On screen he can be seen on “He’s With Me” (YouTube series, season two) and “Gotham” (NBC, season three). Dixon also writes, directs and performs as a featured soloist with national and international symphony orchestras.
