Following her sold out engagement in 2015, Tony and Olivier Award winner, Lea Salonga returns to Feinstein’s at the Nikko with a show the New York Times called “one of the year’s most satisfying cabaret shows” and Theatermania touted as “unmissable!” Backed by piano and guitar, Salonga will weave together a set list of her favorite standards, go-to pop tunes, and Broadway ballads in what promises to be an intimate evening with this iconic performer.

Known across the world for her powerful voice and perfect pitch, Lea Salonga became famous for her Tony Award winning role in Miss Saigon. She has also won the Olivier, Drama Desk, Outer Critics Circle and Theatre World Awards. She was the first Asian to play Eponine in Les Miserables on Broadway and returned to the beloved show as Fantine in the 2006 revival.

Most recently, Lea starred as Helen Bechdel in the Manila production of the Tony Award-winning musical Fun Home and in fall 2015 she starred on Broadway in Allegiance. The musical developed by legendary actor George Takei tells the story of a Japanese American family forced into an internment camp during World War II.

Lea Salonga is also familiar to younger audiences as the singing voice of Princess Jasmine from Aladdin and Fa Mulan in “Mulan” and “Mulan II” for which she was honored by the Walt Disney Company as a “Disney Legend.”

She is seen regularly on television in the Philippines as a judge on "The Voice" and "The Voice Kids." Lea Salonga performs concerts all over the world including the recent A Musical Affair tour with Il Divo and has released 26 CDs in her illustrious career.
